There were of a whole host of meetings where the National Stoma Quality Improvement Group and its sub groups met between the 16th of February 2017 and the 9th of September 2019.

NSS had a member of staff on this group: Billy Hislop Procurement Category Manager.

Could you please provide all communications (emails/text/WhatsApp etc) that Billy Hislop sent/received in his role with this group.

I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

Under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 an organisation does not require to provide information if it does not hold that information. NHS National Services Scotland does not hold this information. Billy Hislop has carried out a search of his emails and was able to locate some calendar invites for meetings in relation to the NSQIG, but no email communications have been located. Our corporate filing systems were also searched for any relevant emails, and none were located.

Within NSS text messages are not normally used by way of business-related communications however, a search has been undertaken and nothing was found.

NSS does not use WhatsApp for any business-related communications.
