Report fraud
If you suspect fraud in NHS Scotland, you can report it in confidence by calling 08000 15 16 28 or using the online form.
The form will ask you for information about the suspected fraud. If you wish, you can provide your details to Crimestoppers. This will allow us to keep in touch with you anonymously via a two-way chat option.
This means that CFS can ask you further questions about the information you have provided without obtaining your contact details.
