Fraud awareness on-demand training

In February and March 2021, CFS delivered four live events hosted by SHSC called ‘CFS Presents – Live’ which are now available on-demand.
These events were developed as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact that we could not visit NHSScotland premises in-person to deliver fraud awareness sessions last year.
These events covered four key areas:
- anti-bribery and corruption
- once for Scotland investigation policy
- general fraud awareness
- guidance on sickness absence-related fraud allegations.
Each event is around 40 to 50 minutes long, including questions asked and answers provided throughout the day.
If you are an NHSScotland employee, you will be able to register on the SHSC website for the specific events outlined above. From there, the events will be available from the NHS National Services Scotland YouTube channel.
