Fire safety

We provide Boards with support and advice on the fire safety of both proposed and existing healthcare facilities. This includes:
- Provision of NHSScotland’s facility Guidance publications related to fire safety
- Provision of support and advice on design proposals related to fire safety
- Advice and audits of existing NHSScotland facilities for safety/ compliance or best practice
- Input to NHSScotland’s estate and facility Safety Alerts and incident reporting
- Technical enquiries and support.
