Jennifer Thomson is Legal Adviser to NHS Scotland.
This has a formal status in litigation, acting as the official link between the NHS and the court system. Jennifer is the professional lead for all legal services provided by the Central Legal Office (CLO) to clients across NHS Scotland.
Jennifer’s role also includes acting as the senior professional lead for all solicitors within CLO.
