The Practitioner Services team can provide advice and support for patient registrations and medical records on the following areas:

registering, removing and changing patient details
dealing with medical records flags
transaction management – unacknowledged acceptances, error files
quarterly archiving.

From 1st April 2024 we are moving to one single e-mail address. Please update your records with immediate effect and start using this single e-mail address for all Practitioner Services (Medical) Patient Registration, Records & Mail Services queries or questions:
