We are aware that some users are having intermittent issues with the ophthalmic web form. If you are experiencing this, please email us with details of the issue, including a payment location code and a screenshot of the error.

Essential Maintenance
eOphthalmic downtime Tuesday 16 June 2026 14:00–22:00
Due to essential updates, eOphthalmic claim submissions will be unavailable on Tuesday 16 June 2026 between 14:00 and 22:00. Please do not try to submit any ophthalmic claims for payment until after 22:00 on Tuesday 16 June 2026.
You may notice that, following the update, claims older than 90 days have been removed from the system to improve the overall eOphthalmic performance. Please note that this change may also impact submissions from practice management software during the downtime.
The timing of this update was carefully considered to minimise disruption to the monthly payment cycle.
