eOphthalmic Web Form issue

We applied a fix at 8pm Thursday 12 September 2024, this will correct the issues previously identified. Thank you for your patience as we investigated and resolved this issue. If you are still having issues, please send us an email: nss.psdophthalmic@nhs.scot

We are aware that an issue has emerged that is affecting a small number of practices using the eOphthalmic Web Form (OWF).

Please note that we are working to resolve this as soon as possible and will update this message as soon as we have further information.

Practices who are unable to submit claims should continue to create and save GOS claims in the meantime, for submission after this issue has been resolved.
