Urgent Updates

Windows 11 compatibility - DO NOT UPGRADE

It has come to our attention that some sites have upgraded their PCs to Windows 11. Please DO NOT upgrade your PCs to Windows 11 at this time as SCI Gateway and PECOS will not be accessible through Windows 11.

Major incident 15 December 2021

As from 18:00 SWAN have found the cause of the incident and you should be able to access all eServices.

If you still cannot access the eServices please follow the normal troubleshooting process and reboot your system. If this does not resolve any problems, please email nss.psdophthalmic@nhs.scot to advise us. Please provide details of the issue and your payment location code.

Essential maintenance

Due to essential maintenance on Sunday 5 December between 08.30 and 12.00 there may be intermittent loss of the eOphthalmic system. Any downtime should only last for approximately 1 minute.
