Dianne Black

Dianne qualified as a solicitor in 1989 following a traineeship undertaken in private practice.

Following qualification, she spent two years in private practice with a firm based in Glasgow. As a commercial property solicitor she was dealing with a broad range of commercial property transactions for private and public sector clients.

In 1991 Dianne joined CLO as a solicitor in the commercial property department, dealing with all aspects of property law including:

• sales
• purchases
• landlord and tenant work

Dianne became a team leader in 1998 of Property Team C.

She has developed significant experience throughout the years in sales and purchases, and all aspects of commercial leasing work including negotiating for both Landlord and Tenant with the public and private sector.
