Jake Loudon

Jake is Team Leader of Commercial Property Team B.

Jake qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 following a traineeship undertaken in private practice. He then gained experience as a commercial property solicitor working in private practice with a large commercial firm in Edinburgh.

Jake has been involved every area of commercial property from retail and office leasing, acting for both landlord and tenant and investment acquisitions and disposals. He was an associate in private practice before joining CLO in 2012. Since then he has regularly dealt with all aspects of NHS property in Scotland, including leasing, disposals and acquisitions, GP loans and land management.

Jake is dual qualified in Scotland and in England and Wales.
