Margaret Passmore

Margaret qualified as a solicitor in 1995, following a traineeship in Local Government. She spent time at a number of different local authorities in Scotland post-qualification, before joining CLO.
As a senior solicitor in the Commercial Contracts department, Margaret dealt with many high profile and high-value procurement matters.
Margaret became Head of the Commercial Contracts department in May 2018. She now leads a large team dealing with wide-ranging commercial contract activity.
