ePharmacy Customer Helpdesk

The ePharmacy Helpdesk is part of the Service Delivery Team within Practitioner and Counter Fraud Services. We provide comprehensive and professional support to Community Pharmacies, General Practitioners, NHS Boards, IT suppliers and Pharmacy related professionals all across Scotland
From 1 April 2026, following the introduction of the reduced working week, the opening hours for the ePharmacy Customer Helpdesk will change.
The new opening hours will be: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am–4:30pm Friday: 8:30am–3:00pm
