If you are a pharmacy owner, you need to make contact with the ePharmacy Helpdesk to request a user access form.
Once you receive it, you must complete and sign it, and return it back to the ePharmacy Helpdesk via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once a user account has been set up for you, you will receive a username and password by email within 28 days.

Business Objects (BI4)
Once you have an online reporting log in, you can access the Business Objects online reporting tool.
You must have a SWAN connection to access the system.
