How product deliveries work

Every site within each health board has an agreed delivery schedule. The warehouse and transport teams also work to particular times for picking and deliveries.

Changes to these schedules may not possible, due to the impact this may have on other health boards.

Customer Services will inform health boards if deliveries are delayed. This might occur due to an accident on the road, for example. We'll always share any information we can with customers.
