List a product at the distribution centre

What do health boards need to do?

If you work in a health board, once you agree to transfer to a particular product you need to complete a catalogue change request form.

Submit the form to our Customer Service department.

Information in the form will be processed in line with set National Distribution Centre (NDC) product holding criteria. This verifies if we can list the product at the NDC.

All health boards are advised on a weekly basis of the progress of all requests. This covers acceptance, rejection and progress in relation to stock purchases and availability.
