As part of Covid-19 ‘Test, Trace, Isolate, Support’ (TTIS) a decision has been taken by Public Health Scotland (PHS) to deliver a digital solution for a National Tracing Service. This solution includes the development of the Tracking and Tracing Tool made up of a cloud based case management system (CMS) with integrated telephony.
