This series provides guidance for all works on the fixed wiring and integral electrical equipment used for electrical services within healthcare premises.

  • Part A: design considerations
  • Part B: operational management

SHTM 06-01: ‘Electrical services supply and distribution’ replaces SHTM 2007: ‘Electrical services supply and distribution’ and SHTM 2011: ‘Emergency electrical services’, and absorbs SHTM 2014: ‘Abatement of electrical interference’.
