Request

To Whom It May Concern,

I work for a digital agency partnering with Kyowa Kirin (pharma group) to deliver an interactive map hosted on Lymphoma Action’s charity website. The map will contain a list of CTCL (cutaneous T-cell lymphoma) treatment centres for dermatologists to refer their patients to.

The information we need to produce this map is as follows:

  • A full list of NHS centres in Scotland that provide CTCL treatment
  • Which type of treatment they provide (either TSEB, ECP, or both)
  • Names of the clinicians that provide the treatment at each centre

I would like to request this information is provided to us for use in the map. I would prefer to receive this information in an electronic format, by the 4th February 2022.
