Please could you provide us with:

a) the number of referrals that were made for i) children and ii) adults with cystic fibrosis to see a clinical psychologist, for each year from 2019-2021?

b) how many and what percentage of referrals for i) children and ii) adults with cystic fibrosis then resulted in a patient with cystic fibrosis being seen within 6 months, for each year from 2019-2021?

c) what the average waiting time for i) paediatric and ii) adult cystic fibrosis patients referred to a clinical psychologist was for each year from 2019-2021?

d) how many and what percentage of i) children and ii) adults with cystic fibrosis declined the offer of a clinical psychologist referral, for each year from 2019-2021?

I refer to your freedom of information request that we received on 15 June 2022 requesting the following information.

a) the number of referrals that were made for i) children and ii) adults with cystic fibrosis tosee a clinical psychologist, for each year from 2019-2021?
