I am seeking details about the Naloxone programme under FoI law.

Please provide figures for each of the last ten years which show, how many doses of Naloxone have (a) been procured/purchased per year (b) for what price per dose in each year, and (c) how many expired and were disposed of in each year and (d) how many were used in each year.

Please also provide the cost of any advertising of the Naloxone programme, broken down by platform used to advertise, and broken down by year.

I refer to your freedom of information request that we received on 30 July 2022 requesting the following information.

I am seeking details about the Naloxone programme under FoI law.

Please provide figures for each of the last ten years which show, how many doses of Naloxone have (a) been procured/purchased per year (b) for what price per dose in each year, and (c) how many expired and were disposed of in each year and (d) how many were used in each year.

Please also provide the cost of any advertising of the Naloxone programme, broken down by platform used to advertise, and broken down by year.

I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

Under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act (FOISA) an organisation does not require to provide information if it does not hold that information. NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) does not hold information in relation to the Naloxone Programme. We would recommend you contact Public Health Scotland (PHS) at phs.foi@nhs.scot who may hold the information requested.
