Please can you provide the below for the existing the telematics contract award NSS have in place:

  1. Existing supplier:
  2. No. of telematics units in vehicles:
  3. No. of vehicles cameras deployed:
  4. Contract End date

Response

We have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

  1. Existing supplier: Questar Auto LTD

  2. No. of telematics units in vehicles: 1800 vehicles have been fitted with telematics.

  3. No. of vehicles cameras deployed: Out of the 1800 vehicles fitted with telematics, 200 have also been fitted with cameras.

  4. Contract End date: The Framework agreement expired March 2023. There is a call off contract in place for 12 NHS Scotland Health Boards (HBs), these expire at the end of each individual HBs call off from their own contracts. The individual HBs end dates are spread throughout the next 4 years depending on when each individual HBs contract started. A new telematics Framework tender is under evaluation from bids received and will be announced soon.
