I refer to your freedom of information request that we received on 06 October 2025 requesting the following information.

We have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) Procurement Strategy – This strategy was due to be published before year end 2025, however this will be delayed due to the merger with NHS Education for Scotland (NES). A strategy will then be published for the new organisation NHS Delivery but no timescale is confirmed.

NHS NSS National Procurement Strategy – This strategy will be reviewed next year and there are plans to complete and publish the strategy during 2026.

NHSScotland Procurement Strategy – This strategy is not due to be published until 2028.
