Confirmation of Active Contract(s): Please confirm whether NHS National Services Scotland currently holds any active contract(s), framework agreement(s), or Enterprise License Agreement(s) with Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. for the provision of any software or services.
Contract Details: For every active contract or agreement confirmed in response to Question 1, please provide the following: Start Date and Expiry Date (including any potential extension clauses). Total Contract Value (or annual expenditure if a fixed total value is not applicable). Service/Product Description: A brief, high-level description of the services or products being provided (e.g., "CloudGuard Network Security for Azure cloud environment," "Harmony Endpoint protection").
Procurement Oversight: Please provide the job title of the senior official or director within NHS National Services Scotland who currently has operational or financial oversight of the aforementioned contract(s) with Check Point Software Technologies Ltd.

I refer to your freedom of information request that we received on 02 December 2025 requesting the following information.

We have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:
1. Confirmation of Active Contract(s): Please confirm whether NHS National Services Scotland currently holds any active contract(s), framework agreement(s), or Enterprise License Agreement(s) with Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. for the provision of any software or services.
NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) can confirm that we currently hold an active contract with Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. This contract was made via a call-off agreement from our SVAR framework with Computacentre.
2. Contract Details: For every active contract or agreement confirmed in response to Question 1, please provide the following: Start Date and Expiry Date (including any potential extension clauses).
The contract started on 01 October 2024 and expires on 30 September 2026. There is no extension clause within the contract.
Total Contract Value (or annual expenditure if a fixed total value is not applicable).
The contract has a total value of circa £200,000.
Service/Product Description: A brief, high-level description of the services or products being provided (e.g., "CloudGuard Network Security for Azure cloud environment," "Harmony Endpoint protection").
This contract is in place to provide network firewall software services.
3. Procurement Oversight: Please provide the job title of the senior official or director within NHS National Services Scotland who currently has operational or financial oversight of the aforementioned contract(s) with Check Point Software Technologies Ltd.
The Associate Director of Cloud Engineering & Operation has oversight of this contract.
