I refer to your Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) request that we received on 12 May 2026.
From 1 April 2026, NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) and NHS Education for Scotland (NES) joined to form Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland), enabling transformation in health, social care, and the wider public sector. After a search of our electronic and paper records I can confirm that under Section 17(1) of FOISA PSD Scotland does not hold the information that you have requested.
It is important to note that PSD Scotland does not hold information on behalf of the other Health Boards within NHSScotland and Public Services Delivery Scotland is a Special Board within NHSScotland. We have no hospitals or GP practices under our control and do not provide clinical or patient services within our Board. PSD Scotland are responsible for supplying essential services to the rest of the NHS in Scotland including legal services, procurement, and blood transfusion.
The information you are requesting is classified as “Personal Information” and would be exempt from release under Section 38 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 if the personal information you are requesting relates to yourself or someone else. The information you have requested is covered by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The information that you have requested may be held by NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHS GG&C) and we suggest that you make a Data Protection Subject Access Request with NHS GG&C by using the following URL to the their website, as under the terms of FOISA we are unable to transfer this request on your behalf.
