A learning and development review by the Building Design and Construction (BDaC) sub-group of Scottish Property Advisory Group (SPAG) on behalf of and to support NHS Scotland staff involved in procuring, project managing and commissioning construction projects. Version 2.0 provides updated references current at Sept22, including to the NHS Scotland North - Regional Team - Cole Report response publication. The Form template previously embedded as a PDF file, is now usefully made available as an MS Word Appendix.
