The UK Government’s Office for Product Safety & Standards (OPSS) has produced a Product Safety Report for a Wall Lamp that does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 and presents a risk of electric shock. Destruction of the product is recommended.
