Scottish Government and NHS NSS Framework Agreement

This framework document is agreed between the Common Services Agency for the Scottish Health Service, a statutory body constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 commonly known as “NHS National Services Scotland” (NSS) and the Scottish Ministers. It summarises how NSS and the Scottish Government (SG) will work together.
