Quality Improvement Activity Cycle 2025–28
The aim of this activity is to explore patient experience of receiving Statement of Dental Remuneration (SDR) Item 2A – Enhanced Preventive Advice and Treatment following the introduction of dental payment reform in November 2023.

Claim Submission: Must be made to Practitioner Services within 6 months of project completion.
