Catherine Scott is the Prior Approval Team Leader - the team is made up of 8 prior approval officers along with our clinical dental advisors for both General and Orthodontic treatment.
The Prior Approval Team review your approval applications for treatment plans when a course of treatment, excluding diagnostics, exceeds the prior approval limit, the team also allocate fees for various items of treatment and authorise final payments on completion of the approved plan.
