The information below highlights payment dates, cut-off dates for claim submission and details of any additional payments.
August (paid September 2026)
- eDental and eOrthodontic: Sunday 6 September at 5:00pm
- Payment date: Friday 18 September
GP21a’s must be received by Sunday 6 September at 5:00pm and we will aim to process these for the August paid September schedule.
We cannot carry out any changes within the payment system for example, resigning or setting up new list numbers, carrying out bulk transfers, adjustments from Monday 7 September until after 9.30am on Thursday 10 September while the payment schedule is being processed.
July (paid August 2026)
- eDental and eOrthodontic: Thursday 6 August at 5pm
- Payment date: Thursday 20 August
GP21a’s must be received by Thursday 6 August at 5pm and we will aim to process these for the July paid August schedule.
We cannot carry out any changes within the payment system for example, resigning or setting up new list numbers, carrying out bulk transfers, adjustments from Friday 7 August until after 9.30am on Wednesday 12 August while the payment schedule is being processed.
June (paid July 2026)

- Payment date: Monday 20 July
GP21a’s must be received by Monday 6 July at 5pm and we will aim to process these for the June paid July schedule.
We cannot carry out any changes within the payment system for example, resigning or setting up new list numbers, carrying out bulk transfers, adjustments from Tuesday 7July until after 3pm on Monday 13 July while the payment schedule is being processed.
May (paid June 2026)

- Payment date: Friday 19 June
GP21a’s must be received by Sunday 7 June at 5pm and we will aim to process these for the May paid June schedule.
We cannot carry out any changes within the payment system for example, resigning or setting up new list numbers, carrying out bulk transfers, adjustments from Monday 8 June until after 9.30am on Thursday 11 June while the payment schedule is being processed.
