How to claim reimbursement

All members should submit their claims within 60 days of them becoming valid.

CNORIS aims to reimburse all funds in the same period that members submitted their claim. This helps to ensure that:

  • statistics on CNORIS claim payments aren't skewed by claims being stockpiled over a period and then submitted all together
  • budgeting and resource forecasting are improved, ensuring swifter service and limiting scheme costs

Members should note that there may be potential delays in the reimbursement if the claim is submitted at the end of the financial year.
