  2. If it is, could you provide the membership of this group and the dates when it has met since he 1st of January 2016?

Response

I refer to your freedom of information request that we received on 12 April 2022 requesting the following information. I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

  1. Is the Scottish Stoma Nurse Group under the auspices of National Services Scotland?

The Scottish Stoma Nurse Group was under the auspices of National Services Scotland (NSS) in terms of procurement review of the Stoma products. The group was established for the specific need to review a request from Scotland’s Executive Nurse Directors (SEND).

  1. If it is, could you provide the membership of this group and the dates when it has met since he 1st of January 2016?

Page 21 of the attached report A1: National Stoma Quality Improvement SLWG (NSQIG).

Final Report, provides the membership details of the National Stoma Quality Improvement SLWG (NSQIG).

Following a search of our records we can advise that this group met on the following dates since the 1st January 2016 (listed as appendices). Where we have located meeting papers these have been attached as appendices. Where we have been unable to locate any papers, these are marked with an asterisk (*): Some of the documentation includes personal data of third parties, specifically, names of individuals which have not been released into the public domain on any previous FOIs or literature regarding this topic. Where this is the case, these names and contact details have been redacted in line with exception (Section 38 (1)(b)) of the FOISA.

  1. Could you please supply the terms of reference/remit for this group?

The terms of reference for the group/aims of the group are outlined in the attached report A1 - National Stoma Quality Improvement SLWG (NSQIG) Final Report.
