Food in Hospital's (2025) Specification (SHFN 04-01) - Draft for Public Consultation

Scottish Health Facilities Note (SHFN) 04-01 is the National Catering and Nutrition Specification for Food and Fluid Provision in Hospitals in Scotland. Eating well and enjoying food is fundamentally important for every individual’s health and wellbeing. In a hospital setting appealing food and good nutrition is more than this, here it is vitally important.
