How we handle reports
We aim to acknowledge all reports within three working days. Please get in touch at email@example.com if you have not heard from us after five working days.
As soon as we receive an incident report, it is added to our live data trending system. This helps us identify whether similar incidents have occurred elsewhere. Find out more about incident trending.
As well as trending, we do a risk assessment of every report. We may triage your report for immediate investigation without waiting for a trend to develop.
We will inform you of our triage assessment shortly after acknowledging your report.
