Request access for GDS/PDS

If you are a General Dental Practitioner, Orthodontic Contractor or Public Dental Service Practitioner you can request online access to your payment schedule and practice reports.

• Please read the terms and conditions in full before submitting your request. These include exclusions and eligibility;
• Please complete the Dental Online Reporting Dentist Registration OLR001 Form;
• We will only accept forms sent from the dentist’s NHS email as this is used to validate requests;
• Body Corporate Practices – if the body corporate list number requires online access, please contact Customer Administration via email nss.psd-customer-admin@nhs.scot before submitting your request.
